The First Roast - Medium/Dark roast - A blend of Colombian, Honduran, and Ethiopian beans. It combines the thick, syrupy body of a dark roast, the sweetness of a medium roast, and the balanced acidity and unique attributes of peaberry all in one delightful black coffee. 

Breakfast Bliss - Medium roast - A soothing medium roast organic coffee featuring some of the best coffee beans from Colombia and Honduras. This organic roast perfectly incorporates and balances the bold flavor of The First Roast and the bright qualities of our Mellow Ethiopian roast.

Mellow Ethiopian - Light roast - Featuring peaberry coffee beans from carefully chosen Ethiopian growers in Yirgacheffe and its neighboring zones, this light roast is bright with well-balanced acidity and sweet fruit overtones.

Espresso - Dark roast - Blending Colombian and Honduran coffee beans, this organic roast has low acidity and full body, making it perfect for pulling beautiful, flavorful shots. While our Espresso roast was originally developed for use in an espresso machine, it can be enjoyed using any brewing method!
